Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup creamy peanut butter 1 cup creamy peanut
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened butter softened
  • 1/2 cup of sugar granulated
  • 1 cup of brown sugar packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preparing your oven Preheat your oven until 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175degC). Prepare a baking sheet using either parchment paper, or with a baking mat made of silicone.
  • Mix the wet ingredients. in a mixing bowl large enough, mix unsalted and peanut butter grated sugar, as well as brown sugar. Mix with the electric mixer till the mixture is light and fluffy. Add the vanilla extract and the egg and mix until thoroughly mixed.
  • Mix dry and wet ingredients. Separately, mix together the baking soda, flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Make The dough. Add the dry and wet ingredients gradually and mix until the dough is just incorporated.
  • The cookies should be shaped: Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough and set them on the baking sheet. Make each ball flat with the fork's back and create a crisscross-like pattern over the the top.
  • Bake it in the oven at a preheated temperature for 10-12 minutes to bake until the edges are firm; however, the centre is still soft. Be sure not to overbake in order to keep the soft texture.
  • Serve cool and enjoy: Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for about a minute before moving them onto an air-tight rack to completely cool. Drink them with a glass of milk!
