Instructions
Prepare your oven. The oven should be heated to 275 degrees Fahrenheit (135 degrees C). Prepare a baking sheet by covering it with aluminium foil to make it easy to clean. Make up for the preparation of the ribs. Take the membrane that runs along the rear of the ribs for an easier result. Rub the ribs in olive oil. Create the rub: In a small bowl, mix the smoke-smoked spice, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper salt as well as the cayenne spice (if together). Apply this rub evenly on all sides of the ribs. Roast your ribs. Set the cooked ribs down on the baking sheets. Cover them with aluminium foil, then bake them in the oven for 2.5 to 3 hours at least until the ribs become tender and the meat separates from the bones with ease. Create your barbecue sauce (optional): While the ribs bake, combine the ketchup mixture, apple cider vinegar and brown sugar, Soy sauce, Dijon mustard, Smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder as well as black pepper in a medium-sized saucepan. Bring the sauce to a boil over medium heat. Then, reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Rub the meat with a glaze. Take the cooked ribs out of the oven and raise the temperature in the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit (230degC). Rub the ribs using barbecue sauce. Caramelize the sauce. Then, return the ribs to the oven with the lid on then bake an extra 15 to 20 minutes until the sauce has become hot and has caramelized. Serve The ribs should rest for a couple of seconds before cutting the ribs into separate ribs. Serve with barbecue sauce to serve.
